ABOUT THE AIME CENTER
Our state-of-the-art center boasts 32,000 sq. feet of flexible space, furniture and A/V that can be configured to best suit your business needs. Our secure facility also allows for controlled floor access, a dedicated elevator and video surveillance throughout the space in addition to complimentary on-site security.
Center features include:
- Thirty-two office/exam rooms (95 sq. feet/each) with computer equipment, iPad charging stations, built-in microphones, and overhead cameras for audio and visual remote observation.
- Twenty-four customizable multi-purpose meeting/exam rooms (135 sq. feet/each) that offer full technical capabilities as well as overhead cameras and microphones for panoramic remote surveillance.
- Full-service catering kitchen with commercial-grade appliances.
- Custom dining and conference space for 150 guests (2,800 sq. feet) connected to the catering kitchen, provides perfect location for presentations, lunches or any other large-scale meeting needs. Includes extra-large presentation monitor, mobile monitor, laptop, lectern with built-in microphone, integrated overhead microphones, sound system and cameras that can accommodate on-site and virtual meeting attendees. Retractable airwall allows you to partition the room into two distinct spaces.
- Portable tables and chairs allow for customized seating layouts.
- Stunning views of Midtown, downtown Raleigh and the oak-laden landscape from conference room, meeting spaces and lounge areas.
- Two distinct reception areas and adjacent orientation/breakout rooms are located to each side of the elevator lobby to allow separate locations for welcoming guests, candidates, or interviewees.
- Two wellness rooms, equipped with sinks, compact refrigerators and locks provide private spaces when needed by your staff and guests.

Nestled in the heart of the vibrant North Hills district, The AIME Center location is home to four 4-star hotels, a 14-screen, state-of-the-art movie theater, a luxury bowling and entertainment center, large supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafés. This robust city center offers something for everyone – all within a short walk of The AIME Center.
